The Tysoe Flower Show & Fete will return to the village playing fields on Saturday, 15th August 2026, promising a spectacular day of traditional rural entertainment from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

This historic celebration, running in its modern format since its resurrection in 1962 by Canon C.T. Bernard McNulty, has grown dramatically over the decades. Now expanding across two fields to accommodate thousands of regional visitors, the event stands as a cornerstone of the summer calendar. All proceeds raised from gate fees, stalls, and competitions are directly reinvested into local amenities, charities, and community groups.

The focal point for green-thumbed locals is the grand marquee, where gardeners, bakers, and crafters go head-to-head for coveted village trophies. The Tysoe Flower Show official website has already published the competitive classes and entry details. Take a look and see what takes your fancy!

Outside the marquee, the main ring and surrounding grounds will feature a packed line-up of family-friendly entertainment. Highlighting the main ring this year are thrilling displays from Fens Falconry, the Urban Stunt bike display, and an expert Gun-dog display.

For vehicle enthusiasts, Vintage Wheels offers an expansive display of classic cars, vintage tractors, stationary machinery, and classic motorcycles lining the fields. If you own a vintage vehicle you would like to display, you can submit an application via the Tysoe Flower Show Classic Vehicles Registration Page.

Four-legged friends are also catered for at The Dog Show. Visitors are invited to bring along their furry family members and register on the day to compete in a variety of lighthearted classes.

The surrounding fields will host a variety of Rural Displays & Animals, including alpacas, sheep, donkeys, and fowl, alongside traditional live demonstrations like farrier work, beekeeping, and weaving.

If you are looking for Music, you can jump in and join the African drumming or sit down with tea and cake to enjoy the live brass band. If shopping is more your style, head over to "Petticoat Lane"—a vibrant market street featuring dozens of independent trade and craft stalls.

To keep crowds refreshed throughout the afternoon, a wide selection of local food trucks, a barbecue, sweet treats, a gin bar, and a draught beer bus will be serving throughout the afternoon.
