Rules for exhibiting in the Marquee

All entry forms to be handed in at Tysoe Village Hall on the Wednesday evening before the show, between 7.00pm and 9.00pm, or entry forms posted to be received by the Wednesday prior to the show.

Exhibits can be staged between 8.00am - 10.45am on the day of the show.

The committee does not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to any exhibit or container.

The marquee must be cleared of people before judging.

Produce from Sections A, B & C must have been grown by the exhibitor.

Exhibits not conforming to the schedule will be disqualified.

No exhibitor shall take more than one prize in any one class.

The judges may at their discretion withhold awarding a prize or prizes where the standard of exhibits is disappointing.

Protest on any matter concerning an exhibit must be put in writing and delivered to the Show Secretary by 4.00pm with a fee of 50p, which will be returned if the protest is upheld.

Any point not covered by the rules will be placed before the committee, whose decision shall be final.

No exhibit may be removed before 4.45pm

Tables must be cleared by 5.30pm
